Your plan starts billing at the monthly rate shown. We'll email you 3 days before your trial ends as a reminder. You can cancel any time before then and won't be charged.
Do I need a credit card to start a trial?
Yes - Stripe requires a card to start a subscription trial. Nothing is charged for 14 days. You can remove your card and cancel at any time before the trial ends.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Are prices in NZD and do you provide GST invoices?
Yes - all prices are NZD ex GST. Stripe automatically generates GST-compliant invoices for every payment, available in your billing portal.
What AI tools does Lore connect to?
Site plan: ChatGPT and Claude. Project and Portfolio: every major AI tool, plus your CRM and website chatbot.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your Lore is yours. You can export your full glossary, playbooks, and persona at any time - before or after cancellation. We retain your data for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.

Yes - every plan includes a free 60-minute Context Audit in your first week. We map your key terms and process together so your Lore is useful from day one, at no extra cost.
